Description
Sultana (Malayer) raisins is made of the best seedless grapes. To reach the desired and best quality, raisins are washed then dried and sorted three times with laser sorting, camera sorting and X-RAY machines. Iranian Sultana (Malayer) raisins are offered in two color light brown and dark brown and tend to be sweeter. Sultana (Malayer) raisins have a delicate and unique flavor. It is used mostly in confectionary, bakery and dairy industries.
