These dates are part of dried fruits and are completely dry on the palm and very resistant to moisture. Oval fruit with a firm (dry) texture of light brown color, medium to thick. The cream-colored oval-shaped oval core has a tangy, low-grade adherence to the fruit and is usually harvested at full ripening in November and December. The stickiness of the cap to the fruit is moderate.
